With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

The environment is relaxed and soft, modern furniture but with some touch of ethnic and rustic, bleached wooden ceilings, soft colored floor, living room with open kitchen and sliding window overlooking the large veranda where you can admire the sunrise and the suggestive hills. The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.
