Quite a large apartment/house for two people and private parking close by. A lot of friendly cats come and go in the area if you like animals. Super friendly and helpful owners where one lives in the house next door (only speaks Italian) and the other in the area who speaks multiple languages. We got superb recommendations regarding the local area and help with making reservations or checking things. A car is a must have since the place is in the countryside. It's a 5 minute drive to the closest shop/town and 15-30 minutes to a large number of towns and beaches. We highly recommend the host and place for a quiet vacation with a genuine local touch.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's in the small house. It was clean, equipped as discussed and the view and the direct surroundings of the house even better than in the pictures. The sea view is unbeatable and made us totally happy. Everything you need (supermarket, beaches, restaurant, etc.) is just a few minutes away by car, while at the same time you have total peace and quiet at the house. Our dog was just as welcome as we were. Maria is a great host and responded quickly, as well as super friendly and reliable to all inquiries. As a couple, we can only recommend the Tiny House and Maria. I think we'll be back!

A truly beautiful contemporary open plan villa within a striking secluded hilltop setting , together with private pool . Easily accessed and equidistant to Olbia and the stunning beaches of Costa Smeralda . A wonderful retreat after a day exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia

Amazing location and little home with exclusive use of a beautiful pool area. The home felt bigger than how the photos described and our host, Elena, had thought of everything needed within the space. It felt very private, relaxed and welcoming. There was also some complimentary treats/breakfast bits provided on arrival which was hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area and would highly recommend to others. 100% from us!

A visit to this haven of peace is a must if you come to visit Alghero and the surrounding area. The accommodation is quiet and in the shade of the olive trees, a joy. Everything is in place for a wonderful vacation. Tiziana is a very welcoming and very caring host. We stayed 6 nights but we would have gladly stayed longer… we felt at home. Tiziana gave us good addresses: beaches, ice cream parlors, visits... It was a pleasure to meet Lamberto and Tiziana, discreet but always available and who speaks in addition to Italian, English and French, which allowed us to have beautiful exchanges. Go and put your suitcases in this little corner of paradise without hesitation 👍

We spent 7 wonderful days in the beautiful guest house of Andrea and Ralph. Strategically very conveniently located, we arrived within 15-40 minutes (car ride) in beautiful small towns such as Tempio, St. Teresa and Palau as well as a variety of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic rocky coves. As the crowning glory of our stay, we were able to take a sailing trip to Corsica with Andrea and Ralph and two other friendly guests (highly recommended!). The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and the very good reviews of our previous tenants. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back! Regards, A&P

Andrea's accommodation is very nice and quiet. The garden is beautiful. The facility is very pleasant and everything was super clean. Everything is as in the pictures. It is not far to the city for shopping by car. You can also easily reach many beautiful beaches from here by car. Andrea gave us tips on which beaches we can go to that are not so crowded. We felt very comfortable and would come back. Thank you!

charming place in the middle of nature and quiet, the mobile home is suitable for small families (there were two of us with a dog) and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house is absolutely equipped with all comforts, both for cooking and cleaning, as well as the washing machine. The exterior is wonderful, with the patio and pool area for relaxing. We loved everything, we will definitely be back, and a round of applause to the host, who was always very helpful, kind and responsive! only note to keep in mind: it is reached after a short dirt road that can be traveled by all cars

Wonderful accommodation, Nicola replied immediately after the reservation and sent a detailed video on how to find the place and how to get to it. When we met, he showed and explained everything, even though he doesn't speak English. He explained where to park, how to sort the garbage into the bins, and where the electricity meter is. Of course, the fridge was full of water and sweets – a separate thanks for that. A few days before my arrival, I asked him if there was an electric kettle in the accommodation, and he replied that there wasn’t one. But the next day, he sent a photo showing that the kettle was already there. ;) A special big thank you for that. And the pomegranates from the tree in front of the door were very tasty – Nicola brought a few of them. For those seeking peace and solitude, this is a perfect place.

A beautiful tiny house up in the hills. Alessia and the family are very friendly, respond quickly if you have a question but give you also all the space you need. The tiny house was super clean with all the things you need. The bed was a bit soft for our taste but of course, this is something very individual. We would definitely come back. Looks exactly that nice as in the pictures and very beautiful garden. Perfect get-away close to all the attractions of North Sardegna.
