The apartment consists of kitchen, living room, sofa, fireplace, bathroom, a double bedroom and a dressing room with two single beds. On the back there is a loggia with breathtaking views and the pool with sun loungers and parasols. The large garden and the proximity to the family garden with pets (chickens, pigeons and ducks) make it an ideal place for a family with children. Nestled in the countryside where you can relax in peace and quiet at the sight of a magnificent view ,but also easily reachable on foot to the center where there are supermarkets,bars. etc.

Our house is a part of a stone farmhouse completely independent from the rest of the adjacent property. Arranged on three floors, on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with window. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (2 +2 beds) with a bathroom with window. In the basement, at garden level, there is the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen you access the outside where you will find an area for outdoor dining with a large dining table under a pergola. You then go down towards the garden with barbecue area.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
