The entrance is semi-independent in a typical Bolognese building, the entrance is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second and last floor.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Costa-Saragozza neighborhood 200 m. from the city walls.At 100 m. there are bus stops going to the city center or to the station. On foot in 5 min. you are immediately inside the walls between the gates of Sant'Isaia, San Felice and del Pratello streets. Equipped with an independent entrance. It's possible to parking near the apartment at 7 euros for day or in Municipal Parking(5 euros per day). There is breakfast for the first day of accommodation.

By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

In a quiet and peaceful environment, this particular apartment was created, completely renovated and furnished in an industrial style with some traditional elements. The guest is immersed in a muted, soothing atmosphere... nothing is left to chance... the eye is caught by a planisphere, a tribute to our mother earth.
