It was an amazing stay for our little family of 3, Perdee was very responsive, friendly and flexible with letting us check in early and check out later. The location is beautiful and the scenery is something else. If you enjoy a peaceful stay and are a fan of animals this is a must stay! Can’t thank Perdee enough for the hospitality.

Briarways cottage is a beautiful property in the village of Hinderclay - it's an extremely peaceful location yet handily placed for Bury St Edmonds and Norwich. Helen provided details of many local places to visit, and there are numerous walks from the cottage to local villages, churches, a windmill and Hinderclay Fen. The kitchen is well stocked and so makes self catering easy. Cottage has good/reliable internet connection.

It is situated in beautiful location, the loft felt really private and was absolutely spotless. They had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay enjoyable. They provided bottled water, milk and a fan, there was even an iron in the room. The bed sheets smelt lovely. The location was very easy to find thanks to Charlie's and Beccas instructions. Beautiful little cottage on a lovely farm with great walks for my dog. Peace and quiet in spades. Can't wait to go back.
