Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gardone Riviera

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

Неймовірне помешкання! Як у кіно. Відчувається любов в кожній деталі. Господар подбав про дизайн дуже ретельно, кожен аксесуар, від постільної білизни і до меблів в інтерʼєрі доповнюють картину. Дуже чисто, і є все необхідне на кухні ( електронна техніка, прибори, посуд, навіть чай/цукор/спеціі/оліі) Господар завжди на звʼязку і відповідає дуже швидко і завжди готовий надати рекомендації, або підказки. Дуже тихе і атмосферне містечко зі смачними ресторанами. Ми відпочивали двома родинами з дітьми ( і ще одна родина наших друзів поряд у готелі) І чудово провели час! Рекомендую це помешкання на 100%

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Manuele ist als Gastgeber wirklich großartig , er war immer sofort für uns da und hat uns zwischendurch mit so tollen Leckereien überrascht 🤩👌es war einfach nur herrlich, vielen vielen Dank für so einen tollen Empfang und die wunderbare Zeit in deinem Häuschen. Das Haus ist wundervoll und die Lage absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Die Wohnung von Mattia ist super gelegen - es sind nur 50 Meter zum Hafen. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und hat eine Terasse mit Blick auf den See. Mattia war super hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt mit Tipps versorgt. Dazu noch ein Brötchenservice. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Pieros Haus ist wunderschön und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf den Gardasee von der Dachterrasse und dem Obergeschoss ist einzigartig. Piero war total freundlich und zuvorkommen, einer der besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher hatten. Danke, dass wir auch mit zwei Hunden willkommen waren! Tignale ist ein toller kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Eisdiele und anderen Läden in Laufweite. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können, Tignale, die Casa Delle Rondini und Piero als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Mille Grazie!!

nous avons passé 2 jours dans la région de Saló, absolument magnifique ! nous recommandons de prendre le bateau jusqu'à Riva, une superbe expérience ! l'appartement de Sebastiano est très grand, propre et très bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir un tas de très beaux endroits sur le lac de Garde. Et surtout Sebastiano est un hôte charmant qui nous a donné de très bons conseils. Merci à vous !

We had a great stay here in Verona! Gianlucas place was the perfect location - just outside of the city but an easy walk. Close to public transport and fantastic food options around you. Gianluca and Dora were very responsive hosts. It was a comfortable place and I would definitely come back.

Wir hatten zu Viert einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist in Echt sogar schöner, als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Insbesondere die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind atemberaubend. Die Küche war auch top; alle Utensilien vorhanden, um auch mal selber zu Kochen. Ansonsten war der Check-In und der Check-Out mit Hubert super. Wir haben uns bei den freundlichen Gastgebern gleich heimisch gefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal zum Gardasee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. 😊

Wir haben das schöne abgelegene Anwesen der beiden netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Alberto du Olivia sehr genossen. Eine längere Anfahrt zog sich den Berg hinauf bis auf 600 Meter, zuletzt durch Wald über eine Schotterpiste. Belohnt wurden wir am Ende der Piste mit einem herrlichen Blick auf eine große Lichtung; dort steht das alte Bauernhaus. Eine wunderschön renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und das gesamte Außengelände standen uns zur Verfügung. Bei Morgensonne nutzten wir die Sitzgruppe vor dem Haus, nachmittags die Sonnenliegen und abends die Veranda oder stellten den Tisch zum Sonnenuntergang auf die große Wiese vor dem Haus. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentücher und es fehlten auch nicht Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Zucker, Essig und Olivenöl in der gut eingerichteten Küche. Im Kühlschrank standen netterweise sowohl eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser zur Begrüßung bereit und auf dem Tisch freuten wir uns über einen frischen Blumenstrauß! Es fehlte an nichts.

Wir hatten die Wohnung Sole auf dem Bauernhof. Für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt geeignet durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und genügend Platz in der Wohnküche, für kühle Abende mit großem Kamin. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und dem Ambiente entsprechend eingerichtet, . Trotz Hitze ging es in der Wohnung mit den Temperaturen, auch wenn keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Lage selbst, der Ausblick über die Bucht von Salò, die südlichen Gardasee, die Ruhe, der große Aussenbereich im Garten… ein Traum. Für eine Abkühlung sorgt der große Pool, mit dem Auto sind es zur nächsten Badestelle am See auch nur 10min. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine chez Susan et Luca et aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour ! Leur accueil chaleureux nous a beaucoup plu, tout comme les délicieux petits déjeuners avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les aménagements extérieurs, parfaits pour divertir notre fils de 4 ans, ainsi que le logement bien équipé. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Enrico and Flavia’s Airbnb was perfect for us! 10/10 I would recommend and we’re already planning a trip back. The view was beautiful, Flavia was very friendly, and the space was super clean! We were 3 adults and a very active toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did have a car which was helpful, we did lots of exploring from this location and didn’t want to leave. There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby which was great. Communication was seamless as well. We got there early and left a little bit late and Flavia was great with everything. If you’re on the fence about booking, just book you won’t regret it!

Alexia was a superb host, friendly and helpful. The villa was a great place to unwind after attending our son's wedding and offered everything for eight wedding guests. A lovely secluded pool, plenty of kitchen and houshold supplies, lots of own eggs and vegetables. Oh! and two friendly dogs. Kelvin Roberts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely location with fabulous views over Lake Garda. Inside super clean and tidy with marble floor keeping it super cool. Plenty of space for two people inside and outside on the large terrace with tables and chairs, loungers by the poolside and a fantastic brick built bbq for use. Set up on the lakeside up a steepish hill and a 1km walk into town if on foot - good exercise! Apartment had everything you needed to get away from it all - no tv which we didn't miss but good wifi and music sonos. Everything was excellent and we fully relaxed here and really enjoyed our stay. Simon and Andrea were super helpful hosts and went above and beyond to assist us. We would thoroughly recommend staying here to explore this lovely part of Italy.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Pool und dem Grill war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der süße Hund auf dem Gelände hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Durch die super Lage des Hauses hatten wir die perfekte Mischung an Ruhe und Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen, wie Verona oder dem Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war sehr gut. 🙂

Wir hatten ein super verlängertes Wochenende. Man fühlt sich in der Villa sehr wohl, da sie sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Aussicht auf den See war Top und auch der Pool!

We enjoyed staying there as a family very much and had a very comfortable week. The house is very beautiful and very useful. Also Fausta is a very helpful lady. She is an incredibly caring and friendly host.

Die Unterkunft war schöner ausgestattet, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet für die Größe. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der Ausblick war perfekt. Preis/Leistung der Unterkunft war top! Ich komme wieder

Matteo’s place is even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures. We were blown away by the property, inside and out. The property is right next to a walking path that brings you down into the town. The path is definitely not for the faint of heart as it’s very steep, but there are some beautiful viewing points. If you have the proper shoes and don’t mind a bit of a workout, it’s great. For the most part, taxis are readily available to/from the town. There’s also a hotel with a restaurant and another restaurant about 10 mins walking from the Airbnb which was great when we didn’t feel like going back down into town. If you’re looking for a place with privacy, views, a pool, and plenty of space, this is the place.
