Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to this quiet, newly-built eco-friendly accommodation in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

Brors Stuga

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Watch the sun rise from the sea directly from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to the forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski trails in winter. 45 minutes to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken in summer. The house was rebuilt in 2022 and is in good condition. The view is magical.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära till naturen men ändå inte lång från samhället. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to a store with generous opening hours. Take an evening swim in the lake. Just a 3-minute walk. Proximity to golf 32 holes and pay and play 9 holes. The host family lives on the floor above. Bus to city center 10 minutes.
