On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta fridfulla boende. I huvudstugan finns spis, kyl och frys, utekök med kolgrill, samt plats att sitta inne eller ute på altanen. 1/5-30/9 finns vatten framdraget till utekök samt utedusch finns med varmvatten. Urinseparerat utedass på tomten och WC i separat byggnad intill. Ett enkelt men bekvämt boende. Vi som hyr ut bor i grannhuset. Ni har tillgång till brygga och låna våra två kanadensare samt två enkelkajaker. Tänd eld i kaminen om det är kyligt ute.

Välkommen till detta lugna, nybyggda ekologiska boende mitt i naturen ❤️ Här finner du ett kök med diskmaskin, mikro, kyl/frys, ugn, vatten- och kaffekokare. Det finns en tvättmaskin samt badrum med dusch. På terrassen utanför stugan finns det en sittgrupp 🙌 Boendet består av två stugor: en fullutrustad stuga med en 180 cm dubbelsäng och en 130 cm bäddsoffa och en till liten stuga bredvid med två 90cm sängar (denna saknar rinnande vatten 💧 Observera att denna bostad är inte barnanpassad!

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in the ground floor one staircase down with shower and sauna and with exit to a large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Patio. Walk to swimming area in a minute. Suitable for those who appreciate quietness, peace and tranquility with only 15 minutes into town. Fully equipped for self-catering. The guest cleans the house before departure.

Cottage nearby sea and forest.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

Salongen

En liten stuga för er som vill besöka och bo nära Furuvik och Gävle. Det är gångavstånd, ca 1 km, till Furuviksparken och Furuviks tågstation. Ca 400m till busshållplats mot Gävle/Älvkarleby. Det finns gott om badplatser både i havet/Dalälven samt sjöar i närheten. En mysig nyrustad stuga med många bekvämligheter. Tänk på att ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar då vi ej tillhandahåller detta.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest takes over. 4 km to the nearest shop and 10 km to the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom spots nearby.
