From January 2020 we would like to welcome you to our completely newly built holiday home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig" at Klammstraße 27. Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia ice sports center and the Alpspitz wave pool in just a few minutes on foot. Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Alpspitzblick Riedel

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the congress center, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. Hikes can be started from here. Shopping, bakery, etc. within 3-5 minutes' walk. The ceiling height is partially lowered. Tall people are restricted!! Wifi included. Free parking on the street. Extra Expenses: Tourist tax: 3 euros/adult/day, 1 euro/children 6-16 years/day

Our apartments are located in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the immediate vicinity of the ski and recreation area on the local mountain. You can reach the ski stadium, the Partnach Gorge and the Eckbauerbahn in about 10-15 minutes' walk. The balcony offers magnificent views of the mountains. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
