This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

This is, I think, the fourth time we’ve stayed at Dale’s place, and we’d be happy to book again in the future. It’s easy to find; parking is easy; it’s convenient and quick to get to other parts of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area; the place is always clean and well kept; the beds are comfortable; the bedrooms have blackout shades; the appliances and such work well; and there’s plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. We always enjoy our stay here.

An outstanding space with great attention to detail. Our host anticipated our needs and was welcoming. Highly recommended just for the sunset.

This is a spacious, quiet apartment downtown Luverne. If you like art, you'll find plenty of things of interest. Luverne has much to offer. This is a great location for getting around town and the surrounding area to take advantage of the state and city parks, trails, golf course, pickleball/tennis courts, brewery, military museum, history center, Brandenburg gallery, and a variety of eating establishments.
