Rivertime Cabin

The cabin is tucked out of sight on a family owned farm directly on the banks of the pristine Henry River with spectacular views from all three bedrooms. Across the river are 28,000 acres of Foothills Land Conservatory and South Mountains State Park. The river is home to native trout and stocked once a year by the NC Wildlife Commission. Try your hand at fishing and enjoy a variety of wildlife. Located on 3/4 mile private paved road. You are welcome to explore the woodland paths on either side.

Come relax in a black and white retro pop country cabin located just south of Charlotte. Walking distance to Squirrel Lake Park, Four Mile Creek Greenway and downtown Matthews. Quiet charm at the farm

Unwind and unplug. This cabin on our 100 year old family farm is the perfect place to unplug from a busy day. We are still a working farm and you just may be able to see a little farming during your stay. Our 1 bedroom cabin is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway! *Please note we typically require a 2 day advance notice for this cabin but depending on circumstances, we may be able to accommodate. Also note, messages sent after 8:00 pm may not be received until the following morning.

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The cabin rests at the base of both Crowder's and The Pinnacle, both of which are visible from the property. The cabin overlooks our cattle pasture with direct views of our Highland/Highpark Cattle. The property includes a creek that runs from one end of the property to the other and is ADA accessible.
