Apartment in rural environment with pool and sauna.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is upstairs in a two-family house and has its own private entrance. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has one double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. In addition, there is a sofa bed in a room. Bed linen is available but bed linen and towels can be rented for 150SEK/set. In the courtyard there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer even a heated pool to dispose of.

Gamla Gefle

Spacious, homely apartment, about 80 sqm, with private entrance and a cozy little patio with possibility for barbecue. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the soothers' part of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museum. It is a ten minute walk both to the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Privat fully equipped own studio in part of villa.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washingmaskin ,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.
