On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 varav en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns och man kan bada från tomten. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand.

Endast 10 min från Furuviksparken, badstrand och Gävle city. Sängkläder och handdukar kan hyras för 150 kr / person eller tas med själv.

Our home is a beautiful town house with a small private garden. It´s situated in the Old Town (Gamla Gefle). The house have been a star of the TV-show 'Who lives here' Vem Bor Här Here are cobbled streets with patterns partly from the Middle Ages. Many of the houses are from the 18th century. Nearby you can choose from more than twenty restaurants.
