An extension of an old farm in the heart of Gouville, the house has been completely renovated by us thanks to an ancestral local technique using the land of Cotentin; its deep ocher color brings a feeling of cocooning. The raw earth is a 100% natural and infinitely recyclable material, which has its imperfections but which makes the charm of the house. I will be delighted to welcome you there and advise you on the walks leading to the beach, as well as the local producers.

Our cottage is located by the Geffosses harbor. The property is quietly located near an ornithological reserve. Access to the sea via a hiking trail around the harbor (2.8 km). The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom and on the 2nd floor a bedroom. The cottage has just been completely renovated, you have a private garden enclosed by a stone wall.
