This is a spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with modern facilities and in a great location. The location is peaceful with lovely surrounding areas and ease of public transport. I will definitely be staying there again next visit to Leipzig.

We had a very nice time in Constantin's apartment and would love to come back to the next Leipzig Turnfest. The proximity to the tram was particularly positive for us. The contact with Constatin was impeccable. I would be happy to come back. Highly recommended.

We would particularly like to highlight the perfect location for exploring the surroundings and the uncomplicated booking of the accommodation. The furnishings are modern, neat and well maintained. For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. I can highly recommend the apartment for families with children - there are many play and exercise options, both indoors and outdoors! Many thanks to Jenny and Michael!

We stayed for a weekend with the motorcycle and chose this beautiful apartment. At no time have we had anything to complain about. It was an incredible pleasure with how much love for detail the apartment was furnished. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone. Quick and friendly communication from start to finish. If there were 10 stars, we would also give them immediately.

The cottage is well equipped – everything you need for a stay was available. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and ideal for relaxing and walking. We especially liked the spacious garden. The host was easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great, easy and pleasant stay for our 4+ person family. Communication with Moritz was very professional and easy. If you have very small children, you have to be careful with the steep staircase in the apartment. We felt very comfortable.

Alex was super friendly and always easy to reach! The apartment is super nicely furnished, has everything you need and is very centrally located. We would check in there again at any time and felt very comfortable! Clear recommendation :)

Great central location when staying in Leipzig. The nearby street is full of lovely cafes and restaurants. The walk to St Thomas, Nicolai churches and to Gewandhaus was very easy. The bed was comfortable although a more convenient / accessible light would have been great. It was quiet and a welcome hideaway. I would definitely request to stay again!

The communication with Janko was great. Despite our dust-related delay, he waited for us and welcomed us kindly. The accommodation is awesome and was super clean. We thank Janko and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Great location for visiting the Zoo. Perfect if you need a 2nd bedroom. A bit expensive

The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

We met Nadja as an extremely nice and uncomplicated hostess. A late check-in at night was also possible without problems. After a short introduction, we also felt right at home. We liked the bright and beautifully furnished attic apartment right away, we will be happy to come back! :)

Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere.
