The place is centrally located in the wine town of Bürgstadt. Everything is within walking distance in the village, including shops, restaurants and wine bars. You have the entire house with more than 120 square meters for you. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms and a small bedroom, there is a dining room and a living room, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Exceptional country house in the heart of Spessart

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

This beautiful little house is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, securely fenced property (about 1500 square meters), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. From the kitchen table and from the bed, you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even on colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇
