Holiday rentals with beach access in Genêts

Very nice accommodation, completely new and well furnished. Beautiful tableware and tasteful decoration. Each window is equipped with a top electric roller shutter. Located in a quiet residential area.

We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Nolwenn’s place was as described, had a nice water view, was comfortable, clean, and located near the beach, city wall, restaurants, shops, etc. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything in the city walls. We had a great stay and would stay again. If you have big/heavy luggage, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Very nice Airbnb, with typical Breton decoration and bedroom in a mezzanine under the roofs. Well-located accommodation: shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. I easily found a place in the street to park my car (in June). Didier was very friendly and responsive. I recommend it! 😊

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! The view was fantastic and we loved walking the beach every evening. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Parking was on the street but we didn't have any difficulty finding a spot. Thanks again!

We felt very comfortable here. Everything was fine. Among other things, the great location of the accommodation. The special thing, however, was for us, the hostess! Super sweet, with lots of tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Merci beaucoup Anita!!!

Hello. Accommodation a little cramped (for us used to large spaces) but acceptable for a short stay. Very quiet place and accessible in town by free buses.

Extremely pleasant stay at Pascale's in Genêts in every way: lovely welcome, flexible hours, excellent bedding for our teens as well as for us (super important for us!!!), walkable in 2 minutes with views of the entire bay of Mont St Michel, accommodation with everything you need: we absolutely did not miss anything! In short, the stay was absolutely perfect, especially since we had incredible weather: warm and beautiful!! We'll most certainly be back! Thanks again for everything Pascale!

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house stays cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Sometimes when you book from photographs, reality can be somewhat different. This cottage was exactly what we expected. Mina warned us about the bells on the church but you could barely hear them inside the cottage. Mina was very helpful, not that we had many questions to ask. A beautiful cottage for two in the heart of a beautiful village. Good local amenities, sadly the village store was closed for the duration of our stay. We did make good use of the Boulangerie and the bars/restaurants however. We felt our holiday in St. Suliac was as near perfect as it’s possible to get. Thank you Mina.

Impeccable accommodation in a good location, 20 minutes from the city center. Nice walk to Donville from the accommodation. Only problem, not possible to close the left shutter of the room so lit all night by a street lamp. Problem that will be resolved, I think. The space is functional even if we only used it to sleep. Disappointment with all the Rbnb we made, no possible arrangement for checkout time and unable to postpone the date due to one of the two couples who had covid. We still enjoyed the stay. I will recommend this place for two couples

All 6 of us vacationers enjoyed Tony's accommodation. We had a great time there. The comfortable, well-equipped house is ideally located in a quiet environment, close to the beaches and many sites to visit. The description and photos are consistent with the listing. Recommended!

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

We were welcomed very well by charming and attentive owners. And great tips for sightseeing and dining. The setting is idyllic a short walk along the bay to discover the majestic MONT ST MICHEL from the south. The little maisonette is not only pretty but functional. Very pleasant week for 2 couples with comfort and kitchen necessities and a very pleasant exterior, especially on the terrace and the ball court for relaxation. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Well decorated, with a certain character. Very clean and equipped. 3 floors to climb anyway! Overall, I highly recommend, The loft is also very close to the beaches.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

We were very warmly welcomed by Anne-Marie and Michel. Their apartment is a charming little cocoon, nestled in a beautiful historic building. It is bright, functional, tastefully decorated and everything is planned to spend a peaceful stay and enjoy the many shops and activities of Granville and the surroundings. The advantages: the in-person welcome, Michel's good jam, free parking, free shuttle. We recommend visiting the Chausey Islands and the many independent traders with their pretty shops filled with treasures.

The apartment is perched on the 3rd floor with full sea view. It's beautiful. It's ideally located in Granville (shops, restaurants, port, beach). The mezzanine studio is comfortable and the decor really very nice. Bravo! I recommend it. Thanks to David and Olivia

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
