Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Genoa

Nice stay, we were met well, on arrival, it's a nice homely flat and were given a full tour with advice on what to see. Top tip if you walk from the station, you can get the funicular up the steep hill for 2 euro and enter from the top of the building instead. good location, close to the old city, if you go up their is a bakery and pizza restaurant. would have loved to stay longer

This was the best house I've ever experienced on airbnb!First of all, the house is very artistic and Italian, whether it is a marble floor, or the decorations of the apartment, or the interiors of the ancient furniture, full of character, full of humanity and artistic colors, and even give me new inspiration for my own house decoration.Secondly, Elisabetta himself was warm and thoughtful, took care of it, not only gave us details about the use and details of the house, but also prepared breakfast for us, which was very, very thankful for her!Finally, Genoa is indeed a beautiful and charming port city, and if you are here, don't miss the square in the city center and the nearby Portofino, it is so heartening.

Silvias appartment is really great, you feel like sleeping in a palace! The location is perfect, just at the port. Silvia is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Luigi responded well to our request and he communicated quickly to any question.

Paola's graciousness and patience with our time delays lightened our burden. Her warm greeting and accommodating manner put us at ease. The location met our needs - quiet, yet active, and a great escape from the busier aspects of Genoa.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful and fully renovated. Carlo and his team were very kind and always attentive to us. The view is amazing, and the garden is absolutely gorgeous. The highlights of our stay were definitely their cat and turtle — we loved their company! It’s a convenient place if you have a car and want to visit the center of Genoa, although you’ll need some luck to find parking nearby. The sofa bed is a bit old and not very comfortable, and you have to walk a bit to reach the house, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. But other than that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Massimiliano's flat. The place looked beautiful and was very clean. Massimiliano provided us with a list of recommendations, which were great especially the restaurants and bars. Upon arrival we were met by Fabrizio, who was very kind and welcoming. He showed us the place and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is located in the historical part of Genova, near some cafés and restaurants which can be loud at night, but this didn't bother us.

My family and I spent 3 days at Silvia's place. It was centrally located and very spacious. She was very easy to communicate with and I appreciated the electronic guide she sent with her favorite local restaurants, beaches, and attractions around Genova. If you are looking for a nice apartment close to the port, look no further! You won't be disappointed.

The apartment is superb, quiet, extremely well located in the heart of the neighborhoods to see. The nearby restaurant recommended by our host, who was always very responsive, as all her other recommendations, was perfect.
