Monthly Rentals in Gerbaix

Our stay at Pascal and Stéphanie's was great. The accommodation is a real cozy nest for lovers of Savoie. Rocked by the village bell😉, 2 steps from the Sunday market and shops, the stay in the apartment is most pleasant. The + are the finishes of the house and the welcoming terrace on the garden. Thank you to our hosts for the delicious meal. we highly recommend it and we will return with great pleasure.

Second stay a few days apart from Corinne, her daughter Lucie and her husband Ludovic, all three very welcoming. This cottage is a haven of peace, where I will live there all year round. The walks are accessible without the car from the cottage and the paths are without special difficulties. I was able to stop to get to Chambéry and return in the evening, by bus S01 from the bus station, located in front of the central post office of Chambéry, 5 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station. The bus drops you off at the College of Novalaise and then the stop is easy to access the cottage or on foot (5 kms). Consider visiting the 1870s Nut Oil Mill and discovering the Mandrin Lair, famous hero and bandit! Nature is extraordinary with beauties, so open up your chakras and you'll feel in total well-being! Christine and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We liked the place a lot and everything that the sorroundings offer.

Great for a weekend! Very responsive and accommodating hosts: the heat being very high in the attic they brought us a portable air conditioner (noisy like all these models but essential to be able to sleep). We were visiting for a wedding so we didn't enjoy the accommodation very much. The +: surrounded by fields, the village is very quiet. Cons: only skylights (automatic, very high quality) but no window so lack of brightness, stairs to access the bedroom, heat in the summer.
