House holiday rentals in German Village, Columbus

My group came from Columbus for a bachelorette weekend! We chose this rental because of the pool, and the pool was great! It wasn't the warmest weekend, but the pool was heated and at the perfect temperature. When we could not get the pool lights to work, Rick stopped by right away to help us out! Before we arrived, I messaged Rick to ask him some questions, and he was very responsive and answered every question we had! The house itself is beautiful! Big enough for our group of 10. Everything that we needed to grill out over the weekend was available in the kitchen and easy to find! The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedrooms were comfy. I would definitely rent this place again for a group weekend away!

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing place! The layout of the house is so cool and it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time outside, exploring in nature. It really is a big outdoor playground! We really enjoyed swimming and using the slip and slide! This place is truly a hidden haven. While there, it feels as though you are far away in a beautiful, secluded forest, yet when in need of something, the store is only minutes away. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They responded to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay there again!

Super fun rental! Never hurts to spoil yourself with a pool and hot tub combo, definitely worth the extra money if you have it to spend! Wendy has thoughtfully stocked this place with all the comforts of home!!

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

If you’re lucky enough to find an available slot, book it. Ideal location if you’re looking for a place to get a way with a group of your friends. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you else you may need, while also being secluded and totally private. Brent and Kelley go above and beyond to make the property feel like home. They are hospitable, friendly, and generous with their space.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience.The host was very quick to answer my questions. The house and surrounding property were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and inviting! The pool was an awesome gathering spot and the bocce court was super fun! All together a wonderful place to vacation with family!

The Polish House is really great for a relaxed stay in a busy city. The space is simply furnished, but there is room for you to fit all your luggage comfortably, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment for making nice meals at home!

I had a very comfortable stay at Jacqui’s house! Jacqui was communicative and helpful about parking, and I didn’t have any issue finding a spot right around the corner. Slept great and enjoyed walking around the cute neighborhood with my dog.

The house was exactly what our family needed. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated and close to the location of the event we were attending. Ebony was very responsive through email which was very appreciative.

Romas place was fabulous! It was extremely convenient having toys, books, baby bath, pack and play and children’s dinnerware in the house so I didn’t need to pack all that! House was clean, instructions were clear and the house was updated throughout.. Loved the mud room when you first walk in to leave your coats and shoes etc. K cups in the kitchen so I could make a coffee as soon as we arrived. My toddler loved the bunk beds! They weren’t the most comfortable but she slept just fine. Master bathroom was gorgeous. The street the house is on is a beautiful neighborhood but when we ventured out for pizza the surrounding area seems sketchy -nothing to deter me from staying here again though. If I ever make the trip to Columbus again I’ll def book Romas!

Clear, responsive communications from host. Clean, well appointed, modern upstairs loft-like apt, with a garage to boot. Short walking distance to local restaurants and pubs. Convenient, clean, cute, just right. Enjoyed my stay here. Thank you, Sam!

This house was centrally located to all of the things I had on my list of to-dos! There was a bit of a learning curve for the thermostat as it is a Nest device, but Larry was very helpful in assisting with it. Very cutely decorated inside! We felt right at home in this little cottage.

This house will not disappoint! Not only is it beautiful, it is better than described. We really enjoyed our stay. They were so communicative throughout the entire process, and I would love to stay there again. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This place is the best location! I sat outside a lot, walked to the beautiful park that is right across the street. There are restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, gift shops and easy access to the freeway. Also street parking was always available. Even tho we only had one car so we parked in the driveway, if you have additional cars street parking pops up all day long. Anytime I emailed Wayne he was quick to respond and always super friendly. I hated at this house with my mother for 10 days and it was sad to leave. The beds were so comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner was good stuff. You really don’t need much while you’re there. We felt right at home in this place. The surround sound was also a brilliant touch for this place. It was a little more pricey than a few other spots I was looking but it was worth it!

My bestie and I stayed here for a weekend and felt more than comfortable and right at home. Location was close to just about everything which was perfect. But the space was beautiful we loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our first stay at The Tack House! It was such a great and walkable location. The house was super clean and well decorated and stocked with all of the necessities. I loved the decor and whole vibe of the house. We felt right at home. I was also pleasantly surprised at how big the shower was! We were extremely happy with our stay and it was a lot of fun getting to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Jen and her beautiful Airbnb were awesome!! Perfect walkable location and the space was so charming and had everything we needed for my 2 daughters and I! Jen was so very responsive and we felt 100% supported! We came here to visit my brother and his family (my brother works at The Book Loft… highly recommend a visit 💛)! Can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and our lovely host Jen and friend Michelle!! 💛💛💛
