Gemütliches Maisonette Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Rückgebäude und ist angenehm ruhig. An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

Ein Urlaub im Heilklima am Tegernsee ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein traumhaftes Erlebnis! Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderpfade, hervorragende Sterne-Gastronomie, leichte Bike-Touren um den See und das Skigebiet Achensee ist auch nicht weit entfernt (40km).
