Spacious Designer House Near City Centre

Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. Very spacious, open design bungalow. Cozy living room connected with dining area and cozy tiled stove. It is possible to eat on the beautiful terrace, which is protected from the weather.
