Other leasure activities on and around lake Lucerne are also possible. Schwyz and Lucerne are reachable via boat or car. The cottage can be reached within 15 minutes by car from Gersau. Please note: it is a mountain road, which means it is curvy, steep and with only one lane with the possibility of turning out at regular intervals in the event of oncoming traffic.

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
