The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The vacation rental is located right next to us with a separate entrance and private terrace. Fürstenau is about 3 km away. There you will find all the shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, banks, etc. Here you have a place to relax and find peace. There are also a number of excursion destinations.

It is a listed former horse stable. Hildegard and Luitpold Berentzen, the fifth generation at Gut Sautmannshausen, warmly welcome you. We are an active agricultural operation with cattle farming.

We offer you an apartment on the upper floor of our single-family home.
