Welcoming, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Between Broek and Duin". Recently renewed with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

B&B BellaRose is a luxurious, beautifully furnished guest house . The apartment is super centrally located in the old Burgundian center of the city 's-Hertogenbosch with many nice shops, cafes, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment overlooks nature reserve Het Bossche Broek which is adjacent to the city center. Unique in the Netherlands! And.. within 5 minutes you are on De Markt. Your bed is made, the towels are ready, a modest (!) self-service breakfast can be found in the fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle. Come and enjoy our beautiful place!

Wij zijn Chris en Ans. In 2023 zijn wij begonnen met het bouwen van een kleine B&B in onze achtertuin. Deze achtertuin bevindt zich op 15 fietsminuten van het prachtige ‘s-Hertogenbosch met zijn historische centrum. Een lang gekoesterde wens is hiermee in vervulling gegaan. Onze knusse B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien en wel op een bijzonder klein oppervlak. Je moet het zien om het te geloven of beter gezegd ervaren. Wij verwelkomen jullie graag in onze B&B 't Heesje

Wonderful house within walking distance centum Den Bosch

Our lovely bright house is really a place to unwind! For example, in the green, flowery south-facing garden with several sitting areas to enjoy the sun or the shade. Or just nice and warm inside in the living room with enough seating/corners to plop down. In the spacious kitchen you can cook to your heart's content and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and freestanding bath. And all that at a walking distance from the heart of Den Bosch city center!

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
