Great location! Recommend!

We spent three nights at four in the cabin of the captain of the houseboat Lucie. This is an experience! A cocoon where it's good to get warm after visiting the Christmas markets of Ghent and Bruges (quickly served by the highway). We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner as the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are narrow but that's normal, we're on a boat! In the morning the view of the canal is very pleasant with the sunrise over the water and the frozen grass! The bedding is very comfortable and the shower room functional. We all enjoyed this experience, especially since the hosts are very welcoming and present on the boat. We recommend this accommodation to people who love the unusual with comfort!

Pleasant quiet accommodation with parking. If necessary, remember to bring swimming gear, as the park with the lake is very close. City (e.g. Sportpalais) easily accessible by bike. I was very close to a snack in the Café Exter and for breakfast in the Café Josee - both recommended.

Warm and welcoming hosts in a cosy, clean, peaceful and homely setting. The breakfast is next level, delicious. Even better than described, the twin beds and double are in separate rooms within the suite, creating a quiet and private set-up. Thank you Bart for a great stay!

They are an absolutely kind and inspiring couple with a super beautiful place. We loved our stay in their cozy tipi, set amidst a lovely garden. The peaceful ambiance and thoughtful touches made our experience truly unforgettable.

Luc's Bnb is a lovely place in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes. He runs the place all by himself but we always seemed to find his help right there when we needed it. We were in Flanders to ride and race our bikes for 2 months, and location-wise, it was a nice spot to start our rides. The local groceries and Oudenaarde centre are a 20-30 minute round-trip ride by road bicycle, which worked well for our extended trip. The local busline into town is a 5-10' walk from the public transit line. Would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a neat little place to get away from town and enjoys spending time in the outdoors.

Great accommodation, although a little further away from the city center, but you know that when booking. The walk to the city center takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on how fast you are. Everything worked out great, we were also regularly asked if everything was still good and if we needed anything. But we found our way around very well, as everything was very self-explanatory, or very well described.

Fantastic hotel on a quiet side road with easy access to two of the great neighborhoods in Brussels. Quick walk to grand place, note damn, and more. The pool and sauna were top notch. The breakfast and drink bar were everything g needed plus some. Definitely staying again!

Very good location, close to the main points to visit. The accommodation is very warm, he built a beautiful and Eva is a great host, very predisposed and providing us with information to walk and not miss anything. We would definitely go back to the same place, 100% recommended

We had a pleasant time in the Bali and Factory accommodations. I recommend it 100% and with my eyes closed, we were very well received.

We'll start right away with the small negative, because everything else is very positive. That's right... The sound insulation deserves to be reviewed (street, and upper apartment). But that didn't stop me from sleeping either. Everything else: GREAT! Good location, very nice suite matches the photos. Very good communication with Thalisa. Bedding.... Definitely one of the best I could have in a bnb... sometimes having some back worries, well I thank Thalisa very much for putting on a good bedding. In short, everything was very good. Just a little noise on the street from time to time. Thanks again for our great stay. And frankly, nice place if I'll come back to Ghent 😊

Great hotel in the heart of brussels.

we were very well hosted by Lars and her team throughout our stay, offering a very family atmosphere to our stay. the hotel is very cozy, great location, and with nice amenities. the room was very comfortable, and we were able to benefit from a crib for our son. we'll be happy to go back!

Initial impression was great, nice reception area and friendly staff. Room was clean and was better than the pictures.
