Loft holiday rentals in Ghent

Had a nice and cozy weekend away in Ghent with friends. Beautiful location in an old spinning mill. Nice and especially well helped by the host and everything well taken care of and arranged. Good base for a weekend in Ghent!

We had a fantastic stay at Rebecca’s beautiful apartment, which is in a superb location, right in the centre of Antwerp. The place was spacious and clean with all the amenities you might need! Rebecca was an accommodating and very friendly host. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Super cozy apartment, perfect for a couple with a child or for groups of friends. The location allows you to travel to visit Belgium and the Netherlands. The pellet stove is a real plus for comfort. Well-equipped and very clean. Thanks to Andrea and her husband for hosting us!

Lovely accommodation. Matched everything I read in other reviews. The loft is very tranquil. View of belfry and listening to the carillon concert was a real treat. Bathroom was spacious and shower excellent (no tub). Other reviews talk a lot about the stairs so maybe that’s why I did not find them an issue. It’s only two flights of stairs, I was anticipating more. The challenge is near the top the treads are very narrow. We are physically fit and two children are 10y and 13y so it was no problem. The beautiful windows and daytime light means it’s difficult to get the room fully dark. There are shades but it would be impossible to fully blackout. We slept extremely well and had no issue with a small amount of light pouring in. Beds and linens are very comfortable. There is one fan and open windows cooled the room nicely. Veronique is a great host. Very responsive to any questions and allowed a slightly early check in. We parked at Pandreitje and plenty of spots available.

Fantastic apartment and host. A beautiful home, decorated exquisitely and equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Ann was very friendly and helpful and always available if needed (she lives in lower floors of building). The location was great for railway station and city centre. The only thing to beware of is that the apartment is on fourth floor with no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a perfect Airbnb that I would highly recommend.

Our stay at the penthouse was wonderful! The services offered by the accommodation are incredible and allowed us to fully enjoy this weekend. Thanks again to the host for his sympathy and for the attentions left in the accommodation. If I come back to Brussels, I wouldn't hesitate to book again 🙂

Great location and spacious.

Lieven is about the loveliest human on the planet. He was flexible and patient with the fiddly timing of my train’s arrival. Simply generous of spirit and set me up for success w a map and ideas for food shopping and walk to town. I loved the space, like none I’ve ever been in. Great bed and shower, loved my daily walks to town from there. (Highly recommend setting your GPS for the Kunsthurr museum to get into town so it sends you past the canal on a pretty corner, the music school, the bio bakery and just beyond , the cathedral. Loved my time in Mechelen and this place set the tone. Very special.

We had a wonderful stay at Ignazio's property. He was welcoming and super friendly and couldn't recommend this place more. Out of the way of the craziness of the centre but connected enough to keep you with plenty to do. The loft itself was cosy, homely and comfortable to stay in with all the possible amenities. The highlight of the property is super host Ignazio who is incredibly proactive and helpful and friendly.

Recommended for finding your feet in Brussels. Good host and central location

Lovely place for a long stay. Great location and very walkable. The stairs are TOUGH, just a fair warning. Really appreciated how much linen was available. Overall, absolutely recommend if you can climb five flights.

we rented this studio for my husband and he was satisfied with it close to the metro on a quiet fully equipped street washing machine and dryer in common area so you have to stay attentive for your belongings easy access clear instructions and responsive host
