The view goes into the foothills of the Vogelsberg Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. Public transport, city library, town hall, congress hall, theatre, cinemas, pedestrian zone, restaurants, organic shop, weekly market (Wed. and Sat.), botanical garden, museums, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

Willkommen in meinem gemütlichen Zuhause. Die Wohnung hat einen fließenden Übergang vom Wohnzimmer zur Küche, einen Balkon zur Südseite für sonnige Nachmittage und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Wenn ich unterwegs bin, freue ich mich, mein Zuhause mit Gästen zu teilen, die Atmosphäre schätzen und es pfleglich behandeln. Die ganze Wohnung steht Ihnen zur Verfügung, inklusive einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und einem Sofa, das sich im Handumdrehen in ein Bett verwandeln lässt.

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
