The house its stunning, a beautiful view surrounds the place making it a peaceful scape from the hectic city life. Raul was extremely helpful and welcoming, he graciously allowed us to check in late at night and took care of us throughout the days with politeness and respect. We had a great time and would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Lucia was always very kind and welcoming. The property is very organized, suitable for everyone. Also perfect for families, a lot of care for the spaces and accessories for children. The courtyard with breakfast bar is also very nice. We had a great time.

Simple and beautiful! The house is located in the middle of the vineyards and has a fantastic terrace that invites you to share a glass of wine or the like to enjoy the fantastic view over the sea. In the adjacent vegetable garden, tomatoes grow, zucchini,rosemary and much more. The house is clean,tidy and offers everything you need. The situation is quiet and yet offers various excursion destinations. Furthermore, there is a pizza oven and a grill outside. A little tip: The Gärtner Pietro is a fantastic barbecue master!Just go shopping with him and grill together:) Also worth mentioning is the great communication with the host. We got not only a super detailed description of the place but also many tips regarding various excursion destinations. Questions were also answered quickly and in detail. If you love nature and Italy and want to switch off, this is the place to be. Also highly recommended with children!

We just had a wonderful weekend in this extraordinary villa and are very satisfied with our experience. The house is spectacular, with a pool of the right size, a heated jacuzzi pool, and a gas barbecue that has made our evenings unforgettable. The villa offers privacy and tranquility difficult to find elsewhere. It consists of two independent apartments, furnished with taste and comfort. It was the perfect oasis of relaxation to get away from the daily routine. The only downside is checkout at 9am, with no chance to postpone it. Despite this, the stay was exceptional and we would definitely come back! I recommend this villa to anyone looking for a retreat of luxury and absolute peace. P.S. All the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was super friendly and accommodating; special mention for Cosmo, for his courtesy and kindness!

Great accommodation, in the middle of the countryside, quiet although close to the village and the beach. Rustic charm, but it's all working.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The communication with the hosts was excellent.

Excellent campsite with lots of services. The whole team is welcoming and very friendly and speaks several languages. The two small downsides the incredible amount of voracious mosquitoes and the water from the unheated pool...it's a bit just to actually enjoy swimming. But it didn't spoil our vacation at this campsite.

Excellent location for those who want to relax in the midst of nature, away from the hectic city life. The sea is 20 minutes away by car, accessible via roads with ZERO traffic. Very kind owners offer a great welcome and availability for any type of clarification. Recommended.

The accommodation was impeccable and lovingly maintained. For us, all the necessary things were available (coffee maker, pots, etc.) so that we lacked nothing in this respect. Fabio and his mother were always friendly and accommodating. During our stay, we had at least two furry pets for a while - they made our time a little sweeter. The location was perfect for us to go to the sea (tip: it is best to rent a bike here and cycle through the beautiful Maremma Park to the sea). We would be happy to come back. P.S.: be sure to pack mosquito spray ;-)

We had a great stay. The kitchen is very small and spartanly furnished. The communication was very good, the yard and the pool were wonderful!

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful apartment located below another listing with shared garden. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Very nice private parking on the island. Great communication and great hospitality from the owner. I would obviously recommend it.

Mario was special, a place with all the comforts, very clean, in a quiet area, with a park that is also very well cared for. in addition to the very nice place, it was nice to feel welcomed by Mario, like old friends. the apartment in addition to being in an excellent location to reach the beautiful beaches even on foot, is in a convenient location to visit the entire Maremma, the natural oasis of Lake Buriano, the Tarot garden, Ansedonia, the archaeological park of Cosa, the entire Monte Argentario , Capalbio. It was a beautiful vacation, I will be very happy to return to Mario.

Such a wonderful house from wonderful people, beautifully decorated by Francesco and Alessandra. We felt right at home and had a great time. The pool made the Italian heat bearable and we enjoyed having the week to relax and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, but if you don't there is a wonderful pinza in Magliano; ask them, you won't regret it. A trip to the sea is also not too long if the pool is not big enough for you.

We had a great time in Punta Ala, especially the terrace and garden were wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

I stayed with 6 friends for 1 week. The outdoor area and surroundings were stunning. The wifi and dishwasher could have been better. Fabrizio is a great host he explained everything to us and showed us the surroundings. Overall, we had a great week☺️

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed a week in one of the barn houses. The property is immersed in the Maremma countryside where the peace and sounds of nature reign. A few minutes away from vegetable shops, typical products and supermarkets. The nearby beaches are easily accessible in a few minutes by car and suitable for families. Hosts have recommended beaches, restaurants, and things to do near the property. The house is simply furnished but everything is perfectly functional and functional, the garden that each apartment has is delicious, fresh and full of flowers. For us it was an ideal solution to be able to explore the area and have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for for our holidays.

We had a wonderful time! The view is simply superb and the exterior is well maintained and full of flowers. The places are calm, peaceful and filled with birdsong. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant, well-equipped and the rooms are bright. The hosts (Valentina & Lorenzo) are super nice, available and caring. I think they adapt very well to their guests: if you want independence (which was our case), they will be discreet but available if you need them; if you want more contact, they will not hesitate to chat a little more with you. They are really very kind! It's really a place we recommend. Personally, we hope to be able to return.
