Villa holiday rentals in Giglio Castello

Wir (4 Personen und 3 Hunde), waren Mitte Mai 2025 für 2 Wochen in Lucia's Haus. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Hausabgabe hat alles bestens geklappt. Lucia war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen und hat prompt geantwortet. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, mit einer grossen überdachten Terrasse und an einer ganz tollen Lage gelegen. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Min. Der Garten ist sehr gross, schön und komplett eingezäunt für Hunde (auch für kleine). Für uns hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für dieses tolle Haus absolut gestimmt. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Liebe Lucia, danke für alles! La casa è molto bella ed accogliente, lo spazio esterno è funzionale, ben tenuto e molto ampio. Ottima location sia per la bellezza suggestiva dell'ambiente naturale che per la distanza accettabile dai principali servizi del centro abitato e dalle spiagge più interessanti. La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile nell'offrire tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Una vacanza memorabile sia per me che per mio figlio

This is such a beautiful villa - we spent 4 weeks there in May 2024 and called this place our home. Its perfectly situated for a calm and relaxing holiday with absolutely amazing views! You can sit there for hours watching the landscape listening to the wildlife around you - which we did. In addition, its also a good spot if you want to get active and go for runs or road bike rides (and mountain biking which we didn’t do though). The house was very clean, comfortable and Cristiana is a great host who was always available for questions and support and surely went the extra mile for us as guests. The house is very well equipped with whatever you may need. In the village of Saturnia there are some nice restaurants and cafes but be prepared to walk up a rather steep hill for half an hour or take a car. The surrounding villages of Montemerano, Manciano or Pitigliano are surely worth a visit. Don’t miss out on Orbetello and Grosseto though. We will miss „our“ house! 😉

A szálláshely, az egész nyaraló a környezetével együtt csodálatosan nyugalmas, jól felszerelt, baráti társaságunkkal minden kényelmi funkciót megtaláltunk, ami a hírdetésben le volt írva. Igazi, nyugalmas szálláshely, tökéletesen felszerelt konyhával, közös helyiségekkel, kényelmes terasszal.

We really enjoyed our few days at this calm and beautyful place, my family especially loved the energy of the building. Being so close to nature and away from the hasty daily life really made it easy to relax. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any matter.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. in der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung kann super geheizt werden. Man ist direkt am Meer! 2 Schritte vom Strand. Castiglione ist eines der schönsten Dörfer in der Toskana. Man kann biken und Wassersport vertreiben. Die Preise finde ich generell zu hoch in dieser Gegend aber die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Seppur breve è stata una esperienza molto piacevole. Villa accogliente e luminosa, molto ben riscaldata e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie.

The terrace and view are truly magnificent. The house is lovely, featuring a main floor with a living room, an open kitchen, a toilet, and a small bedroom for one person. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (one of which is a small room for one person), a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Only two of the second-floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a separate garage. We didn’t use the garage, as street parking is usually available. The garage opens onto a busy street, making parking challenging, and the garage access involves climbing a spiral staircase, which is not ideal for carrying luggage or shopping. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. The place is beautiful, the host is very responsive, and I highly recommend it.

Soggiorno super. La villa è molto bella, accogliente, immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo panorama circostante. Silenziosa, dotata di tutti i confort necessari. I proprietari sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente questa location per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti in compagnia di amici e famiglia!

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

The house is nestled in the heart of nature, offering total peace and quiet, and the view is simply flawless. Mornings with coffee on the terrace were unforgettable. The host and his colleague were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful while giving us our space. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience of their guests. They created an amazing atmosphere and made our stay unforgettable. For anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy a peaceful escape, this is a must-stay. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Двухэтажная вилла на берегу озера с частной стоянкой для машин (у нас было 2 машины, но думаю, там влезет и 4), собственным садиком, обеденной зоной на улице и собственным выходом к озеру. На первом этаже кухня с посудомоечной машиной, санузел со стиральной машиной, столовая зона и 3 спальных комнаты: с большой двуспальной кроватью, с двуспальной кроватью поменьше и с двумя кроватями - взрослой и детской. Второй этаж с отдельным входом по уличной лестнице. На втором этаже 2 спальни с двуспальными кроватями, кухня с кофемашиной, 2 санузла, общая зона с двуспальным диваном и односпальной кушеткой. Нас было 10 человек и мы размещались вполне комфортно. Идеально подойдет для 2-4 семей (в зависимости от количества детей). Вилла стоит вдалеке от проезжей дороге, что позволяет наслаждаться тишиной и уединением. В тоже время в 3-5 мин ходьбы берег моря с песчаным пляжем, а в 10 мин езды город Порто Санто Стефано с рыбным рынком, магазинами, ресторанами и паромом на остров Джильо.

Francas Haus in den Hügel der Toskana umgeben von Weinbergen ist in der Realität deutlich schöner als auf jedem Bild. Wir hatten eine ganz und großartige Woche dort und waren sogar richtig traurig als wir wieder fahren mussten. Alles an diesem einmaligen Ort lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bis auf ein zwei Stops für ein leckeres Frühstück im nahegelegenen Magliano sind wir immer auf dem Grundstück geblieben, weil es uns dort an wirklich nichts gemangelt hat.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Casa arredata con gusto, con parcheggio comodo e vicino al porto (raggiungibile a piedi con un po’ di scale). Casa attrezzata ma unica pecca: i bagni che sarebbero da rinnovare.

Il soggiorno da Claudia è stato fantastico, l'appartamento internamente è molto spazioso ed arredato con stile, pulitissimo, dal vivo è ancora meglio delle foto, davanti ha un bel giardino per mangiare e un parco adiacente con tavolo da ping-pong e biliardino, possibilità di accedere alla piscina. I dintorni sono meravigliosi e di una natura incontaminata, le attrazioni principali della Maremma sono a portata di macchina. La host è stata molto presente, amichevole e ci ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Insomma se cercate relax, natura e un buon punto di partenza per conoscere la Maremma è il posto giusto. Noi torneremo sicuramente !

Ich war mit 6 Freunden für 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich und die Umgebung waren atemberaubend. Das Wlan und Spülmaschine hätten besser sein können. Fabrizio ist ein toller Gastgeber er hat uns alles erklärt und die Umgebung gezeigt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche☺️

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and wonderful swimming pool. The friendly cats were a big hit with our children and put a smile on all our faces when they greeted us outside!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.
