Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

Very warm welcome from Mercedes' brother, we enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful region. The accommodation is beautifully restored and nothing is missing. Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

Great place and suitable for going with family, couples and friends. The house is in perfect condition and very well prepared, very detailed and attentive owner. There are areas for picnics and pleasant walks in the surroundings, plenty of parking nearby, well connected to the center. Highly recommended

The small apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished. The city beach is very close and invites you to swim and stroll in fine weather. Just outside the door is also a larger park and shops and sights are within easy walking distance. The entire contact with the landlady was very friendly and pleasant.

It was a pleasure staying in Rosa Maria's apartment. We felt right at home. The apartment is fully equipped (except for dishwasher) and well located, being able to visit Gijon walking. Great attention from Rosa Maria offering herself for what was needed, even leaving products for breakfast and everyday life. I wish it was like that on all floors.

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home. Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

Irene is a very friendly person. I keep a parking space in front of the apartment. The flat is a faithful reflection of the description and the photos. It is in a very quiet area a little far from the center. The apartment is fully furnished and we liked the detail of some welcome chocolates
