The unit was as described. The space was, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was across the street from the bay and being able to walk to restaurants and the water was a plus! However, this was also a high traffic area so it was a bit noisy. I would recommend Collin’s place.

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

Michael was a wonderful and accommodating host! His listing is just as cozy and welcoming as it appears!! I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay in Henniker and sampled some of the local food and enjoyed exploring in the natural world. Thank you Michael for the gift of your honey and for the lovely homemade banana breads that went well with my morning coffee.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

Tranquility at the Yellow Door is the perfect name for your place. It feels like a home, not just a place to stay. All of the amenities and small touches made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect for climbing as well as getting good eats in Plymouth. We felt so welcomed by Bill and Lisa. It was like seeing old friends again. Dash is the cutest and most friendly dog - welcoming us with his ball and wagging tail. We stay at a lot of AirBnbs and Bill and Lisa's place hits our top ten favorites. We will be back. Nice place, quiet. Maybe too far from Laconia, not walking distance. But this can be good if you don’t want the noise. It’s pretty quiet for sure. Town is close and nice but not walking distance. I would stay here again. Good value and private. Wish they had an AC in both rooms. Overall, pretty good.

You can really tell that a lot of thought went into the little details—everything we could possibly need was already there, making our stay feel so comfortable and effortless. The space had such a warm, welcoming vibe and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.

This was an excellent find. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and inviting. The kitchen had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to Concord and it only takes 10 to 20 minutes to get to places of interest. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we come to Concord.

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

We had such a lovely stay at Ryan’s place! The house is beautiful and charming. It was exactly what what we were hoping for and as described in the listing. Ryan was an extremely responsive and helpful host.

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

This place is walkable to down town Lincoln, right across the street from a hand full of restaurants and close to Loon Mtn. We were up for our annual hiking trip so way under utilized all it has to offer, but the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed for pre hike breakfast prep, and the showers felt like a million bucks at the end of the day. Would be happy to come back and stay again.

We had a great stay here with our two young kids. The place was clean, peaceful & decorated perfectly - we made ourselves right at home! Great proximity to restaurants, Clark’s Bears and exploring Franconia State Park. Darryl was a great host and very responsive. Stay here with your friends or family for a memorable getaway!!
