We had a great stay at the Maison Forestière, which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Éric and Dominique, who are flexible and available when needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

We have made several rentals within Arêches, the ground floor apartment of a chalet in Véronique is the most spacious booked. A beautiful garden overlooking the mountain. Three beautiful bedrooms. Very suitable for children 13 months old. I recommend Véronique's apartment. And Véronique is a very quiet and sweet host. You can do anything by foot from the apartment (center of Arêches, hiking departure).

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

We spent 4 beautiful nights in the accommodation offered by Guillaume. Impeccable welcome, Guillaume is extremely kind and considerate!! Visit the apartment together and explanations. Regarding the accommodation, it's really great! Warm, tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything, absolutely nothing! It was a real pleasure to stay at Guillaume's, it is certain that if we return to Sallanches one day we will return to Guillaume's ☺️

A beautifully furnished and immaculately styled apartment - stunning! We were tired from driving so accessed the nearby supermarket (3 min drive or 15 min walk) for food and used the lovely kitchen to cook dinner. Then relaxed on the lounge with the huge TV. After a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace the next morning. A truly wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large very bright main room and its library of comics that we were unable to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove provided. Agnes was, moreover, a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!
