You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you look straight down and out over the sea! On either side are the bedrooms, completely sheltered from sound from the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down a half staircase and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows disposed from floor - to the ceiling which is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a really cozy TV nook can be found down there. And exit to private porch hanging just above the sea.

Nostalgia

A charming 19th century house with a good atmosphere. The property is beautifully situated by the sea overlooking Ålesund and the Sunnmøre Alps. Only 15 mins with a car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there are cultivated fields with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a medieval marble church, beaches, untouched nature and birdlife. The island once housed Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Apartment in the heart of Aalesund

The apartment is a studio apartment located on the 2nd floor in Kirkegata 4 which is in the heart of Ålesund city center. The townhouse is one of the city's many Jugendstil houses that were built right after the city fire of 1904. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, which is a small hallway with a simple kitchen solution, bedroom with double bed and also possibility of extra bed, and last but not least a brand new bathroom with shower, etc. We are available if needed and will meet the guest on arrival or provide a code to get in.

Gratis parkering. 1/2 minutt å gå til fjorden der sjøvante kan leie robåt etter avtale. I gåavstand har du Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset med strand, stier, gapahuker og bålplass samt bunkerser fra 2. verdenskrig. Du kan gå opp på Sukkertoppen herfra. Nydelig utsikt over by og fjell. Vogna har dobbeltseng, enkeltseng, stor sofa, enkelt kjøkken, toalett og tv, ovn m.m. Velkommen.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Relaxing place on Godøya

Welcome to our house on Gudøya Island. You will have the ground floor with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace with view to the sea and mountains. The living room has a kitchenette for cooking. Unfortunately, there is no sink there, but the sink and a dishwasher are in the laundry room. You can also use bicycles. Please note that the entrance is shared. For all details, please look carefully at the photos and plan. We really hope you will enjoy your stay at our place.

Valderøya - 10 minutes to Ålesund and the airport

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. Also suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transport to/from the airport on Saturday afternoon/evening. There is a 24 HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the listing. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.
