Unique apartment with beautiful views!

You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you will see straight down and out over the lake! On each side are the bedrooms, completely shielded from the noise of the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down half a staircase, and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows partly from the floor - to the ceiling that is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

The caravan is idyllically located with a good view. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city center, 13-16 minutes by bus. Free parking. 1/2 minute walk to the fjord where sea-lovers can rent a rowboat by appointment. Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Lovely view of town and mountains The trailer has a double bed, single bed, large sofa, single kitchen, toilet and TV, oven, etc. Welcome.

Small apartment in basement with private bathroom and private entrance. Access to terrace at your disposal with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Walking distance to Aksla viewpoint and city center. Free street parking in the area. Simple but cozy standard. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. No kitchen but a small "hotel kitchen" corner with fridge, microwave and kettle, and some kitchen utensils. Private bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and washing tub for any dishes. Note: only access to water in the bathroom.

The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Here you have a short distance to the lake with good swimming opportunities, and the area offers beautiful nature with both mountains and nice hiking trails. The house is centrally located, with only 15 minutes to Vigra Airport and 20 minutes to Ålesund city center.
