Monthly Rentals in Givrand

We had a great vacation at this little house in Givrand. The neighborhood is very pleasant and the shops are only 50 meters from the accommodation. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. The house is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything! Mickaël was very welcoming and available, we highly recommend it!

Listing as described and expected. Sylvie and her husband were responsive when we reported the non-functioning of the hotplates. The problem could not be solved but it did not affect our stay, with all the amenities of the house, the charm of its garden and the quiet neighborhood.

Very good welcome, instructions given on arrival very clear, accompanied by a house guide with everything you need to know in the accommodation as well as in the region. Very nice clean accommodation with beautiful garden, all accompanied by a lot of amenities. And finally, a super welcoming host! Really great! I have nothing to add 😁

Gilles and his wife welcomed us and our dog. Very pleasant, clean and functional accommodation. The small, well-maintained and peaceful garden. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to a family with or without a dog because even with children it is perfect. We had a very good stay with our golden retriever puppy.
