“Surely the best turned out Potting Shed in England”.... from Alastair Sawday’s book “Go Slow England”. The ‘Potting Shed’ is completely separate to our own 400-year-old family home. As guests you have your own entrance door and key to enable you to come and go as you please. It is a charming, safe and secure, quietly situated double room with modern en-suite. Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Garden Bothy

This is quiet cabin in a large garden, two minute walk from the town centre and 30 minute walk to the top of the Tor. You have your own access to the garden and cabin via a side gate. Lovely wood burner for chilly evenings and spacious covered decking with a mature grape vine for Al fresco eating or chilling with a good book. We are pet friendly and have 2 free range dogs who form the welcoming committee. The bathroom and shower are attached to the main house and are shared with another guest.

As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

We welcome you to the Huffy House. It’s a quiet location overlooking gardens with views of surrounding hills. Access is at the rear of the house through the conservatory; where you’ll find your front door. There’s is a key lock on the side of the conservatory door with a key to that door and your front door. We do offer tea, coffee and milk together with a basic breakfast on arrival of bread, butter, jams and cereal. There’s water and orange juice in the fridge as well.
