We offer a cozy apartment with a private bathroom (with a washer-dryer), bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English.

Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. In the middle of life, the accommodation is nevertheless quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
