The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to accommodate guests in accordance with the 2G rule. As of 01/22/2022

Not suitable for families. Non-smokers! Close to nature and yet close. Despite the railway line, it is quiet. Darker in winter (basement), nice and cool in summer. 6 km to Freiburg main station/Münsterplatz in Freiburg, 10 min. walk to the end of the tram, from there 15 min. to Freiburg. 20 minutes by bike. Flexible key handover.

Schlafzimmer in japanischem Stil: feste Matratze 160x200 cm auf Tatami-Matten (ohne Lattenrost), die auf einem 35 cm erhöhten Podest liegen. Kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen (ohne Spülmaschine, keine Mikrowelle), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, schnelles WiFi/WLAN, kleiner Fernseher, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Liegestühle im Garten dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Für kleine Gäste: Babynest oder Matratze zum Anlegen, Hochstuhl, etc. siehe Bilder im Inserat.

Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Welcome! The guest apartment (about 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space that our guests can feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the tourist tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS-Card, with which you can use the public transport for free in the entire Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking lots in Freiburg.

Black Forest ambience directly from the balcony awaits you in our beautiful, spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house. As a starting point for activities of all kinds, the location is ideal. You can start hiking directly from the house or at the nearby stop you can climb the nearest bus to your excursion destination. For guests by car, the travel time to most of the attractions in the Black Forest is less than 45 minutes.

Washing machine together with the upper floor apartment. Easy check-in with key box. Littenweiler train station, tram stop and shops as well as outdoor swimming pool and bike path to the city center in close proximity. 20/50 minutes drive to the Hinterzarten/Feldberg ski resorts.

Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and skiing, Freiburg is quickly accessible, the Breisgau S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. Waldkirch has been awarded the "Citta Slow" distinction since 2002 and is a small town worth living in with the tradition of organ building.

Das Mini Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine große Terasse, um in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen zu können. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist klein aber geräumig. Wenn zwei Personen buchen sollten Sie sich gern haben, das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Küche ist nur für kleine und einfache Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Fragen beantworten wir jederzeit gerne.

In loving detail work, a tiny house has been created in our garden on 9 square meters. With lots of wood and reduced to the essentials, the small room can be enlivened with up to four people. With large windows and unobstructed views of the countryside, a wonderful place to relax from excursions to the city or the Black Forest.
