The Annex offers privacy, peace and serenity in a dog friendly rural location with plenty of relaxing outdoor space. The Annex has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen, and living room with two sofa beds. There is parking, a courtyard and a fenced orchard at the back. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury so perfect for exploring any of these towns. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays.

The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. The Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malverns & Wye are close by.

A Little Home from Home!

A lovely little self contained annex property situated on the edge of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Brockworth/Witcombe. Outdoor space to share also. The annex is within the grounds of our family home within the village of Brockworth, a few minutes walk will take you into the countryside. Local shops and services within 5 mins and a great local park for children. A great location to be visiting local events and attractions such as the Cheese Rolling event and Witcombe Cider Festival.

There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Lovely Ground floor apartment with a huge open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with great views toward Gloucester Green Bowling Club. High ceiling really make this a wow space to stay at for a romantic stay away or family holiday. The bathroom is off the main bedroom so any adults sleeping in the fold out beds will have to walk through the bedroom to access it which won't suit all guests.
