Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, bedroom plus kitchen. I want trouble-free guests to make the stay a success for both parties. In addition to Kudowa itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga. I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this facility a great place to relax and a very good base. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector and a coffee machine. There is also a hot tub with air and water jets. The hot tub is additionally payable and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely bring your dog.

The apartment is located near the Spa Park in Duszniki Zdrój. 10 km from Zieleniec Ski Arena. The property has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, and a veranda with a large double bed and a satellite TV. The apartment's advantage is a large terrace overlooking the Park and the nearby river - Bystrzyca Dusznicka. Rattan furniture is available on the terrace. In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
