Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Roots house. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for activities in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even nicer live than the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog loved it there. However, it is not completely fenced, currently there are two places where dogs can go out, you should know that. We would/will be very happy to come again and again!

A nice small tastefully furnished apartment. Landlady very nice. If you don't like huge pillows, you should bring your own. Kitchen very small and only the essentials available but very suitable for a short stay.

A spectacular place, Till is very friendly, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations of activities to do, but what marked the special point was the treatment he had with my 3 dogs, he attended them excellent and as on arrival there was rain, I had some towels ready to dry them.

We loved staying at Victoria’s beautiful home. The accommodation was amazing and looks even better in real life. The kitchen was modern and had everything you needed, we had two family groups staying together and there was plenty of space. We were going to stay in Munich but so glad we didn’t as the countryside and lakes in the area were wonderful too visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thanks to the hosts who were very welcoming.

The check in was super easy via a Save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

We had the best time in Ohlstadt! During the day we took our car to the Partnachklamm and Eibsee and in the afternoon we stayed in Ohlstadt and ate at the restaurants there . We loved the peaceful and scenic area and our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth a visit and we’ll hopefully to be able come back some day!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
