The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. You will enjoy your stay because of the cosiness of the furnishing, the comfortable beds, the bright rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacy bathroom, the library, free Wi-Fi, Win10Laptop, laser printer. My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. Enjoy a carefree stay in beautiful nature in the very heart of South Bohemia. Bike path in front of the door, swimming and aquapark nearby, children's playground on the village square, tennis courts within reach. For lovers of history, there are definitely more than one castle or castle nearby. Sightseeing flights are available at the nearby airport.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Top location only 1 km to the nearest place with supermarket, village shop and inn.

Unwind and relax with the whole family - in this spacious and serene place by the forest. Relax in the fresh air, hiking in the Blockheide Nature Park or swimming/fishing in the nearby pond. The nearest major city is Gmünd with a spa, outdoor pool and shopping center, as well as inns for your physical well-being.

The cozy loft-like apartment is a separate housing unit in an old farmhouse. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, dining area and desk, heated with a wood stove. Great for nature lovers, families and people looking for peace and relaxation.

Typical so-called Streckhof, over 200 years old, a granite stone building, lovingly restored, surrounded by meadows, at a pleasant distance from the neighboring houses.
