Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Slice of Paradise at 10 Red Sunset Lane! Our three-day stay at 10 Red Sunset Lane in Folly Beach was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the charming coastal vibe that this beautiful home offers. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool became our favorite spot before and after the beach day! Folly Beach is full of charm, and this location gave us easy access to it all—beach walks less than five minutes, local restaurants! Downtown Charleston is just a 15 min drive away for a nice getaway! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, 10 Red Sunset Lane is a true gem. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

Jeramy was a great host! The home was immaculate. The garage had room to park in and was just what we needed for extra storage like beach items. The bikes are a lovely amenity, and the kids loved biking the neighborhood, which was quiet and very safe. There was an issue with the dryer apparently noted by the previous guest. Jeramy called to notify me and ask permission to fix the issue the day after we arrived. I was grateful for not only his being proactive in fixing this issue, but he was very polite in offering solutions so as to not interrupt our stay. He even offered suggestions for restaurants and outings if we needed. When any issues arose, he was very courteous and respectful and always responsive, which not all hosts can be credited for. We would definitely recommend staying, but note: the beach is closer to a 45 min to hour drive away. We never minded because of what we got to come “home” to. 😃 the pillows/beds are the best of any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in! ❤️

Had a great stay in Charleston at Victoria’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Charleston spots. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Helga’s place is a 5 star beautiful home! Everything is up to date, clean and comfortable. The house has a great layout and is so pretty. We absolutely loved staying at this home. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. There’s lots of amenities to keep kids busy and it’s a great location. We would love to stay here again!

Rarely do you get exactly what is promoted but here everything was excellent and a very reactive and speedy response to a couple of questions. Highly recommended for parties of 6 or more.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

Very nice house and neighborhood. Place was very clean and it was so nice to have everything you would need in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, tin foil, some trash bags, and cooking utensils. Was even nice to have some beach chairs in the shed. The pool and backyard was amazing. We went the last week of March and unfortunately it was a little chillier week, so did not get to swim too much. It was a close walk to the beach, about an 8-10 minute walk. We did rent a golf cart but don’t think it was really needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for toddlers & kids. 3 minute walk to beach so if you forget something or the kids want to go back, no big deal. 5 minute walk to a beautiful kids park. Great location, super conveniently located grocery. Great screened in porch to relax on. Would stay again!

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very accommodating home for our 3 families and 4 generations for our 2025 family vacation. Enough privacy within for ourselves as well as the outside community. So convenient to the beach and necessities. Will be back…

We absolutely loved our stay at Live Oak! It checked all the essential boxes. Everything was clean, the host was responsive, and the home was easy to access. Where it really stood out was in the thoughtful design and the details throughout the house. It was exceptionally well stocked and perfect for a family with people of all ages. The furniture, beds, linens, and overall feel of the house were wonderful. It didn’t feel like a typical Airbnb. Even down to the hand soap (which we are all now obsessed with), it was very nice. It truly felt like staying in a beautiful, comfortable home. We especially loved how well the space was used to create extra bedrooms, and the baby room was perfect for our needs. The location was great too. With the golf cart we rented, it was super easy to get over to the beach just a few streets away. We really loved our time here and hope to return to Isle of Palms in the future.

We traveled to Isle of Palm with our 3 little girls and had such a wonderful stay in this family friendly home so conveniently located to the beach🌊 The pool and backyard was so nice to have for the kiddos! Recommend renting out the golf cart for just a quick ride to the beach and driving around in the evening admiring all the beautiful homes in the neighborhood😍 It is so quiet here, it's truly serene! We appreciated the wagon to make transporting our things to the beach easier as well as the sand toys. We had a wonderful time and we'll miss the southern hospitality! Thank you Daniel & Emily for having us!

The team was so kind and helpful during our stay! The airbnb was right on the beach! It was clean and just like the pictures! Will definitely be staying again!
