It is a guesthouse registered property and has a gas alarm. It is halfway from Hadong-eup towards Hwagae Marketplace (Choi Champanjedaek and Maeamjedaewon), and it is adjacent to the round-trip 4way, so it is accessible. Only the second floor uses the entire room (room 2, living room/kitchen, terrace, etc.), and the bathroom and toilet are separated and convenient. The 1st and 2nd floor accommodation is almost mutually independent, but we will allow you to use it as a private house in the accommodation on the second floor without guests on the first floor. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities as a host. It is not a better facility than the hotel, but we clean and organize rooms, toilets and bathrooms as much as possible. In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.
