Direct access to the large private south facing garden shared only with the owners and other holidaymakers. Garden furniture and benches available. Private entrance, fully self contained.

You must like old floors with corresponding joints in the woods. the view goes over the small village Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winter and summer many sporting activities are made possible for you to relax, unwind and tension. the apartment is spaciously laid out,with a large living and kitchen area, where a lot of space invites you to linger.

This cozy apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The heart of this is the spacious living room with comfortable seating area (sofa bed) and dining table as well as the south-facing window front overlooking our local mountain "Goldeck." The covered balcony offers space to relax outdoors! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub as well as a separate toilet.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
