We live near an area where one can find busses to almost all places in the region as well as cable cars to take you up to see Batumi from above.

The cozy atmosphere is surrounded by tangerine and kiwi garden. The house is on two floors. The first floor is separate, the second floor is rented separately. The apartment is on the first floor. The house has a large yard where you can park your car.
