Our Afrizell house is located in the middle of Appenzell, in Ried, the oldest cooperative settlement in Europe. Four minutes' walk from the train station, seven minutes' walk from the lively village center, with private garden and stylish décor - pure relaxation. The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.
