we had an amazing time here for a bachelorette party! we had a little bit of difficulty finding it right away because the GPS was taking it past the place. but other than that it was great! the place was super clean and nice and well taken care of. and was plenty big enough for our big group! highly highly recommend!

This property is utterly blissful! The home is luxurious, comfortable, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities. Every surface, inside and out, was sparkling clean and well cared for. The property is serenely beautiful, and the views will take your breath away. The pool was the finest of any Airbnb pool we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying: pristine, well heated, and meticulously cared for by a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure perfection. The sunsets over the fire pit are priceless. Correspondence with the host was immediate, helpful, and friendly. We are verklempt! Thank you sincerely for sharing this treasure with us!

Leonardo's place was great. The house itself was lovely with a very well stocked kitchen. We felt at home right away. The sunroom was a great place to enjoy a beverage after a long bike ride. Also, Leonardo was super accommodating when I asked if I could drop off food and beverages in the fridge before a long bike ride on a hot day. He allowed us to have quick access to the kitchen before official check-in time. Moreover, there was a tree that came down in the driveway during a storm one evening while we were there . . . Leonardo sent people to take care of it promptly.

We were in town for a wedding. The house worked out well for our 3 couples. We had less than a 10 minute drive to the Round Barn Farm. Jordan was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. We were able to walk into town and did some shopping. Great bakery and some really cute shops. I would not hesitate to stay again if our travels took is back to Red Wing. Thanks for sharing your lovely historic home!

The Maiden Rock Retreat was excellent place for the wedding party to stay at and for the grooms dinner for our daughters wedding. Deb was wonderful to work with. This unique venue was a wonderful touch to make memories in! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful area especially in the fall and this is a convenient house for the area.

Great place to stay in Red Wing. Everything is walkable with that old school downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. We road out from the front door along the river and up the Cannon River Valley trail for a 42 mile bicycle trip with amazing nature views and partiers floating on the Cannon River.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks for a job we had in Red Wing. Easy drive in and out. The place was well stocked and very clean. The only irritation we had was the parking and the bar next door. You never knew what the parking situation was going to be. And the bar could be loud on the weekends and very busy. Other than that, we would definitely recommend people staying here for long term jobs. Anthony was always responsive and very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Joan’s place for the week, while in the area for work. I especially enjoyed catching the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning as I left for work. I highly recommend Joan’s place to stay while in the area!

I cannot thank Karla, Steve and Abbie enough for the joy and peace that we experienced while staying at their beautiful farm in Hampton. We had a tour and learned how they care for all the animals. We got to brush the horses, hold the many kittens, and feed the goats and chickens. There were places to sit down and relax in the breezy sunshine, watch the birds and soak in the peaceful pastures. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Karla and Steve, for sharing your farm with us.

We stayed for the 100 mile garage sales, The Fish Shack was very convenient and centrally located. Our host was very accommodating and we appreciated her recommendations.

Great communication from Perry at every step! The loft was perfect for our busy family of 5 - plenty of room and super comfortable spaces to relax after our time spent on the beach. Loved the personal touches (coffee available, Bluetooth speaker on kitchen counter) - his place had everything we needed including super restful beds. Appreciated Perry's flexibility with the check in/check out times - much appreciated with young children! 100% recommend and hope to see him again soon!

This is a very cute little space above a bar, over looking the water. We had a group of friends in town for an event and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, very clean, just what we needed. You can hear the music from the bar but that was made very clear at the time of booking, we expected it and actually enjoyed it!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The condo was absolutely excellent—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the standout features was the spectacular view of Lake Pepin—waking up to that serene scene each morning was truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay! Our condo was clean and had basic necessities. Loved the patio, the downstairs outdoor lounge, and the rooftop lounge. There were board games, corn hole, ax throwing, and even a telescope! Will definitely return. The only bummer - to no fault of GRF, is there was so much traffic it was loud and hard to enjoy the river view.

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

It was super clean and very nice! The view was amazing to wake up to and watch the sunset! Wonderful breeze every morning that we woke up! Their bedding is super comfortable and clean! Wonderful bathroom! Overall would very much recommend for a quiet, peaceful getaway! Wonderful and would definitely book again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. We especially loved the rooftop area — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view after a day out. The location is very walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby, plus family-friendly attractions like the interactive fountain, Hok-Si-La Park, and more just a short walk or drive away. A great home base for exploring Lake City and the surrounding area!

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here! The location is absolutely stunning! The views of the water were perfect! The home is spacious, updated, and comfortable! So much light! The floor to ceiling windows make you never want to leave. Good local, very family oriented restaurants and shops in the area, most of which were walking distance or a very short drive. I felt safe, comfortable, and at peace here. I travel often and use hotels, airbnb, and other lodging options and this is sitting near the top of my list of locations to stay! 100% recommend booking at the flats!
