Comprised of one bedroom sleeping up to three guests, and a sofa bed in the living area, the home can accommodate up to four guests. Located in the pretty village of Rawcliffe, local amenities include a popular restaurant, village shop, local pub, and two takeaways. Off road parking and small private patio are available.

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor.
