Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

Perfect little spot to stay, right in the centre of everywhere we planned on visiting. Rachel was very good with communicating with us, and had a nice surprise to some drinks and cake in the fridge for when we arrived! Would highly recommend 👌

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

Had a lovely stay at Paul’s place together with our two children. The house is great - well decorated, modern and clean and a short walk away from central Newquay. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great week here as a group of eight friends. The house is in a fantastic location, very spacious, with lovely modern bathrooms and excellent towels. The welcome treat of scones, jam, and clotted cream was a really thoughtful touch – thank you! Faye and Mike are very welcoming - Communication was great and a maintenance issue was sorted quickly, which we really appreciated. A few small points: the double beds are quite small for non-couples to share, and some of the pans need replacing as they’re quite worn. Overall, a lovely stay in a great house – we'd be happy to return!

We spent an enjoyable week at Towan Valley. Lovely accommodation, walkable to the beach, downhill getting there but up hill getting back! Porth Towan is a great base for exploring Cornwall, we visited Chapel Porth (on foot) an amazing walk over the cliffs, St Agnes, Falmouth and spent many hours exploring the local beaches. Coming back to the hot tub is a relaxing day to end the day. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place to spend a few days exploring Cornwall. The lodge was immaculate and the location on the site was lovely and private. Amazing communication from Tracey before and during the stay answering any queries quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

This was such a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful wooden lodge with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and spectacular verandas. It’s in a beautiful mature garden setting which is idyllic in every way. Private and peaceful yet with easy access to so many walking routes, gorgeous beaches, great cafes and pubs. We only took the car out on one day, everything else we did on foot. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome bonus too.

Fiona was a fantastic host, loads of info and very friendly. the house is perfect for a family stay and we loved the cream teas left for us. there is tea and coffee and lots of other handy bits. cupboards full of everything could need like pots pans cling film tuppawear... the main bed was very comfy and cot bed provided. the jacuzzi was great but we unfortunately didn't use the pool as we were too busy seeing the sights. the garden is amazing and we felt very at home. We really loved our stay and we would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

Having previously stayed in many lovely Airbnb places we can honestly say this is one of the loveliest houses we have stayed in. The location is absolutely stunning, and Charlotte takes the trouble to ensure that the house is in tip top condition and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend Harbour Lights, and on the basis of our stay, will be looking at her other properties for future trips.

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

We stayed here as a family with our baby and dog. Beautiful house with a wonderful garden at the back. Everything you needed in the kitchen to make your own meals. The house was so clean and tidy. The location was good for what we needed with some lovely walks around. We definitely recommended! Karen was very accommodating to us providing us with a high chair and cot. A lovely holiday and so nice to come back and relax in the evening!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leafy Vale cottage, Chris & Sarah very friendly hosts and helpful. Location is peaceful with local village walkable within 20 minutes. Local village shop is a must for morning croissants and a coffee. Perranporth beach around 45 minutes walk along a trail away from the main road. Cottage had everything we needed and would highly recommend it to any other couples with a dog.

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely caravan! From the moment we arrived, the accommodation was absolutely spotless, cozy and well-equipped — a real home away from home. We found the caravan to be spacious and comfortable, with all the modern touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The beds were super comfy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We have a newly crawling 9 month old and were reassured with how clean and safe the caravan was for her to practice her new found skills. We will definitely be bringing her and ourselves back here, and look forward to staying with you all again. A perfect driving distance from Perranporth and local provisions if required, as well as bus services right at the entrance. Thank you so much 😊

We stayed for 4 nights while in the area for a wedding. Caroline was always very responsive to our requests and helped out in any way she could. The cottage itself was very peaceful and in a beautiful area.

Lovely house, well equipped and very comfortable in a central location for visiting beaches and places of interest. We had a great long weekend stay with the family.

Perfect stay for couples, by the sea with beautiful views and a tucked away area, team were helpful when we needed them, apartment had everything we needed, couldn’t fault it one bit would definitely come again!!
