Walking distance to downtown in 8-10 minutes, bakery in 4 minutes on foot. Bus stop "Katharinenstaffel" with several bus lines from/to the train station a few meters in front of the house. Private parking in front of the house is available free of charge.

Welcome dear Guests in the Villa in the most beautiful part of the City- Where green surrounding lets you breathe fresh air, the woodpeckers and all birds are your alarm clock. Woods await just 0,5'min away. europ cup Soccer 24 just 5', metro 5', Airport and Mainstation 10'. As Designers we enjoy our self designed interior and welcome guests who do the same. It's a small world full of special people who we are looking forward to meet! Monica
